MARLINS BEAT LATOS, OWNERS WIN FIRST 2015 ARB CASE

RHP Mat Latos lost his arbitration case against the Marlins on Thursday, giving the owners a win in the first case of 2015. Latos made $7.25MM last year and asked for a raise to $10.4MM. But the arbiter sided with the owners and Latos will make $9.4MM in 2015, his last year before free agency.
