JUDGE GOES TO YANKEES AT #32

Fresno State OF Aaron Judge had his name called near the end of the first round of the 2013 First Year Player Draft as the Yankees selected him with the #32 overall pick. Judge had his best season with the Bulldogs this past year, his junior year, as he posted a line of .373/.461/.663, all career highs. With 11 homeruns, the 6′ 7″, 255-lb Judge finally showed the power potential that scouts have long seen in his bat.

He displayed that power last year by winning the 2012 College Baseball Home Run Derby last July with an impressive display. But after having that power only translate to a total of 6 homers over 2 full seasons, Judge aired it out a bit during this college season.
